1. If the Buyer wants to stop or adjust an order after payment has been processed, but before the products have been shipped, their order may be subject up to a $50 charge. Your credit card will be fully refunded less the 50$ charge. This charge can be used toward further purchases by the Buyer. Please note: AAR reserves the right to charge a re-handling fee of a minimum of $50 which must be paid by check or postal money order before doing business with the member again.
2. If the Buyer wishes to return products to the manufacturer, they will be accepted provided they are sent by the Buyer within 7 days of receipt, USPS, and received by the manufacturer within 14 days of initial shipping date. Products must be in good condition with safety seal intact, unopened and resalable, with an expiration date more than 12 months valid. A product Credit Note can be issued, less shipping/handling and drop charges. If the Buyer requires a full or part refund, a 50% restocking fee is applicable, (applied only to Products, not shipping and handling which is non-refundable) or a minimum of $50, whichever is the greater. AAR reserves the right to charge a re-handling fee of a minimum of $50 which must be paid by bank check or postal order before doing business with the member again.
3. If the manufacturer has shipped the wrong products or products have arrived in a damaged condition due to incorrect packaging, the package and products must be returned to the manufacturer for inspection, (always contact AAR for return authorization by e-mail before undertaking any return action). If the fault is identified and agreed, AAR will have product reshipped a final time. A refund or part refund is subject to the conditions. For accounting purposes credit card payments will be credited in full and a separate charge applied if applicable.
